Towns & utilitiesAfter-hours calls
reach the on-call crew.

Routing follows the town’s holiday calendar, a water main break reported after 5pm rings whoever is on call, and every number carries its registered E911 address.

FAQ

Questions towns
ask before switching.

Does every number have an E911 address?

Yes. Each number carries its own registered emergency address, visible in the console.

How far back can we play recordings?

The last 30 days, in the console. Google Drive recording sync copies them to your own Drive to keep them longer.

Who can change the on-call number?

Anyone you give console access. Sub-users can be limited to specific extensions and numbers, and the console supports two-factor login.

Do you handle paging?

Yes. Paging and alert lights are quoted with your seats.

Can we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. We port your numbers, track the port with the carrier and have the phones ready when it completes.

Is there a contract?

No. Every seat is month to month. The 2 week demo needs no card, and we match a competitor’s quote if you send us your current bill.
