Mechanic on the phone in an auto shop

Auto repair & salesService desk calls,
answered and followed up by text.

Calls wait for the next free advisor, the caller gets a text from the shop’s number after the call, and customers reply by text about pickup instead of calling back.

Lead Response

A service call,
booked by text.

Once an advisor answers from the service queue, Lead Response texts the caller the shop’s booking link, and the front desk books them in the same thread.

  • A text after every call

Write the template once, and cap repeats at once ever, or once a day, week or month.

  • A link per queue

Once an advisor answers, Dynamic Lead Response texts that queue’s link: a booking page for service, a payment page for pickup.

  • Replies in one inbox

Every reply lands in a shared inbox the service desk works together, with named threads and search.

FAQ

Questions shops
ask before switching.

Can we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. We port your numbers, track the port with the carrier and have the phones ready when it completes.

Do texts go to one advisor’s cell?

No. Every text to the shop’s number lands in a shared inbox the whole service desk works, with labels, unread tracking and search.

Does it work with our shop management software?

The Digivoice extension pops a card while it rings. It fills in the customer’s record from FieldRoutes, or from any CRM with an HTTPS API through the Custom CRM builder. With other software it shows caller ID.

Can we page the shop floor?

Yes. Overhead paging and alert lights for a loud shop are quoted with your seats.

Is there a contract?

No. Every seat is month to month. The 2 week demo needs no card, and we match a competitor’s quote if you send us your current bill.

Free 2 week demo

for two weeks.

No card required, and no contract after it. Send this, and the Digivoice team will contact you to set up the demo.
