DigiVoice Training Overview
At DigiVoice, training extends beyond simply instructing businesses on the use of their hardware and software. We view the ongoing relationship with our clients as our most important goal as we work to understand each unique business need. Training focuses not just on the solution purchased but on how that solution should be designed to address business requirements.
The learning process often begins well before a solution is installed, as our education specialists work with client contacts to present tools and concepts associated with the new system. The information gained in those sessions will be used to help configure the solution and to tailor the training included with each system installation.
Basic training is a set of on-site sessions designed to teach administrators and end users the fundamentals of the system as well as best practices. Depending on the type of installation, our solutions often include follow-up sessions in which the education specialist will revisit the topics covered in basic training, review and evaluate system profiles to identify opportunities for optimization of desired results.
In addition to the basic and follow-up training, DigiVoice offers recurrent learning sessions in the form of on-site training, advanced courses offered at our facility, and remote sessions via the web.
