DigiVoice Project Management Overview
The success of each new implementation requires attention to every detail. An assigned Project Manager takes responsibility for the coordination and scheduling of all tasks in order to facilitate a smooth implementation and a successful project outcome.
The first step of any project is the accurate definition of the project's scope and goals. Once these are mutually agreed to between project contacts, a DigiVoice team of pre-sale engineers, product experts, technicians, and trainers confirm customer requirements, system configuration, and customized application design. The Project Manager is responsible for establishing project milestone dates to meet client needs, for providing pre-install instruction for site preparation, and for guiding the implementation to final acceptance of the installed solution. As a project plan can be ever changing, the Project Manager conducts on-going project reviews and progress meetings in order to assure project accuracy and viability. DigiVoice trainers provide for users and supervisors hands-on, application-specific instruction immediately following installation. Ongoing, customized professional training is available to keep up with changes in the business environment.
In order to insure the highest level of success and maintain project integrity, the Project Manager serves as the customer's single point of contact. The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a productive atmosphere and working relationship that facilitates an implementation that exceeds customer expectations.
