Systems Engineer

• Computer Science Degree or at least three years work experience in NT/2000/2003 server.
• Networking and Hardware Configuration and Troubleshooting.
• AVAYA CTI and CMS experience.
• Computer Telephony and VOIP experience.
• SQL knowledge and/or programming knowledge a plus.
• MS Certifications (A+ and/or MCSE) also a plus.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively as well as independently in a team environment.
• Average of 25% travel required.
• Commensurate compensation and benefits provided.
