DIGIVOICE IS DIAMOND SPONSOR FOR ATA GREAT LAKES CHAPTER EVENT

DigiVoice, Inc., a leading provider of Call Center solutions based in Akron, OH, is a Diamond Level Sponsor for the American Teleservices Association's Supplier Showcase and Technology Forum being held August 17th at the Great Lakes Science Center in Cleveland.  This is the largest technology event of the year for the Great Lakes Chapter of ATA.

Keynote speakers for the day-long forum are Bob DiBiasio, VP of Public Relations for the Cleveland Indians, and Tim Searcy, CEO of ATA. 

DiBiasio, in his 29th season in Major League Baseball, has a distinguished career that began in Public Relations with the Indians in 1979.  In 1999 he received the prestigious Robert O. Fischel Award for Public Relations Excellence in Major League Baseball and in 1986 was named the Public Relations Director to Sports Illustrated's Dream Team.

Tim Searcy, with more than 30 years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry, has served as senior executive in the largest and fastest growing direct marketing companies in the world, including West Teleservices, APAC Teleservices, Transcom Worldwide, and Rapp Collins.  Mr. Searcy has been inducted into the Teleservices Hall of Fame and has received Customer Interaction Solutions' Lifetime Achievement Award.  His presentation will focus on the future of the Contact Center industry.
